Scouts, Valentine's

The big boys had a Boy Scout Court of honor last night.
Here is Max's favorite part. I love how he stabbed the cupcake and then ate it like a lolipop. Here is Brendon receiving his ASPL. (assistant senior patrol leader)Here are both boys swearing in their positions. (Brendon 3rd from left, Wesley 2nd from right)
I love how they called Wesley up in between 2 of the oldest scouts so he looks tiny.

Wesley is now an offical BoyScout. just 6 more ranks til eagle.
Brendon is 1st class. just 3 ranks for him.
B is ASPL which is a pretty big job. The SPL runs all the meetings, campouts. Pretty much a Scout Master but a Scout. And Brendon is one of the 2 assistants this term (6 months)
W is Scribe, Librarian & Historian. I am not really sure what any of these does. But with Wesley's handwriting I laugh at scribe.

So after Valentine's day I hit up the clearance stuff for cheap candy that the boy's would like. I bought WESLEY a large hersey kiss. It is solid chocolate. Max found it when Wesley set it down for a minute. Since it is solid Max could only nibble at the edges and tops. I love all the little teeth marks around the whole bottom and top.
Here is Maximilian at BlastOff -again. -I know it seems we go there alot. But it's inside and fairly cheap. This time we went with his playgroup. He was still kinda sick so he couldnt run and be as crazy as normal.
Max has actually started showing an interest in going to school. So I printed a few pages for him to work on and told him he was doing school work. He did really good. I think he colors better than Wesley.
Here is the Valentine's Day card Wesley wrote for us.

Sick kids, pets, and baby envy.

So Brendon has a really bad cold and missed Wed, Thur, Fri of school. (which means he missed the snowboard trip for school.) Wesley and Max are also coughing so I'm sure this weekend will be full of fun :P. With the big boys being sick they also missed this months Scout camp.
So I go to Brendon's school this afternoon to pick up his classwork/homework that he has missed these last 3 days so he can do it over the weekend and not be slammed Monday with it all. I asked for this work yesterday. And by the end of school today only one class, algebra, had been dropped off. He is the best in math and would have no problem doing 2-3 lessons in it aday. Oh well I tried to make next week easier for him but that failed.

My odometer :( seems like I just bought the car and now its got 70K? wow
Here are a few cute pictures of Max.
Softy finally has decided he shouldnt be scared of stripes and wants to "play" with him. But here is a picture of before he decided that.
And here is a picture of Softy laying in the sun. Max has decided that "Softy is my best friend". "there is my best friend softy", as max pets him and plays with him. Its too cute except softy really isnt a people person and tries to hide. But softy does put up with Max alot more than he lets anyone else do.
Here is a pic of Stripes in one of his tubes connected to his cage. I think its too cute he's curled up in it. Love seeing the little feet.
Let me start this next part by saying I am perfectly happy having 3 boys and I wouldn't trade any of them for the world.

But our friends the Perkins just had a new baby (#7 for them) and she is a doll. I was invited to Onala's baby shower and it was great fun. I made some burp cloths for the baby and re-fell in love with baby girl stuff. When Iwalk into a fabric store I can actually see myself making things for a girl. When I make stuff for the boys either I have to let them help or just accept whatever the store sells(except for Thomas stuff).
Anyways I would love to have a girl to be able to make things for so I'm adopting thier baby and have already made an outfit for her. Its a bit big yet but I'm sure she'll grow into it soon.
How cute is that? And don't ya love the little paisleys on the fabric? And guess what? Her name is Paisley Mae. I saw that fabric and HAD to make something for her with it.

I have also made some burp cloths for our new nephew Fox. I can't show a picture yet because I haven't mailed them out.

Not much going on around here

Well not much has been going on around here.
It has been snowing alot so no going outside (at least for me and Max)
Brendon & Wesley have been busy with school - And I think they both have actually been doing all of their assigned work.
Max has been going to a few play group sessions. and Having lots of fun at home playing Thomas and watchig Thomas movies.

The boys are going skiing/snowboarding Friday night so maybe I'll have some pictures to update from that.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH
I did get my hair cut. I dislike all of the pictures I have of it yet. Maybe I can get Daniel to take a decent one this weekend.
I got almost 20 inches off. its right around my shoulders now. It was long enough to sit on.
I mainly did it to try to relieve some of the horrible headaches I have been getting. (No, it hasn't helped)
The pony tail that was cut off was donated to http://www.locksoflove.org/ .

So since my headaches are still horrible I guess that means I need to go to the Dr. I just need to find a new one. Since I dislike the one I have been seeing. -- Anyone around here know of a good general practice doc?
