Sick kids, pets, and baby envy.

So Brendon has a really bad cold and missed Wed, Thur, Fri of school. (which means he missed the snowboard trip for school.) Wesley and Max are also coughing so I'm sure this weekend will be full of fun :P. With the big boys being sick they also missed this months Scout camp.
So I go to Brendon's school this afternoon to pick up his classwork/homework that he has missed these last 3 days so he can do it over the weekend and not be slammed Monday with it all. I asked for this work yesterday. And by the end of school today only one class, algebra, had been dropped off. He is the best in math and would have no problem doing 2-3 lessons in it aday. Oh well I tried to make next week easier for him but that failed.

My odometer :( seems like I just bought the car and now its got 70K? wow
Here are a few cute pictures of Max.
Softy finally has decided he shouldnt be scared of stripes and wants to "play" with him. But here is a picture of before he decided that.
And here is a picture of Softy laying in the sun. Max has decided that "Softy is my best friend". "there is my best friend softy", as max pets him and plays with him. Its too cute except softy really isnt a people person and tries to hide. But softy does put up with Max alot more than he lets anyone else do.
Here is a pic of Stripes in one of his tubes connected to his cage. I think its too cute he's curled up in it. Love seeing the little feet.
Let me start this next part by saying I am perfectly happy having 3 boys and I wouldn't trade any of them for the world.

But our friends the Perkins just had a new baby (#7 for them) and she is a doll. I was invited to Onala's baby shower and it was great fun. I made some burp cloths for the baby and re-fell in love with baby girl stuff. When Iwalk into a fabric store I can actually see myself making things for a girl. When I make stuff for the boys either I have to let them help or just accept whatever the store sells(except for Thomas stuff).
Anyways I would love to have a girl to be able to make things for so I'm adopting thier baby and have already made an outfit for her. Its a bit big yet but I'm sure she'll grow into it soon.
How cute is that? And don't ya love the little paisleys on the fabric? And guess what? Her name is Paisley Mae. I saw that fabric and HAD to make something for her with it.

I have also made some burp cloths for our new nephew Fox. I can't show a picture yet because I haven't mailed them out.

April,

I am still so amazed at the dress you made Paisley! You are such a sweet friend, and I know how much work and thought you put into making it. Thank you again!!!

P.S. I hope your kids are feeling better. We have had our share of sick little ones as well.

Love Ya!
